The Complete Terms
Here's everything in plain English. We're not trying to trick you or hide anything - these are just the basic rules for using Jnvoice.
1. Who Can Use Jnvoice
Anyone can use Jnvoice for legitimate business purposes. You need to be at least 13 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian. If you're using it for a business, make sure you have the right to agree to these terms on behalf of that business.
2. Cost & Payment
Jnvoice is currently free to use. We might add premium features in the future, but if we do, we'll be clear about what costs money and what doesn't. We'll never suddenly charge you for features that were previously free without giving you notice.
3. Your Data & Backups
Your invoice data is stored on your device in your browser's local storage. This means you are responsible for backing it up. If you clear your browser cache or data, your information will be lost and we can't recover it. We provide backup tools, but using them is up to you.
4. Acceptable Use
Be nice and use Jnvoice responsibly. Don't try to hack our service, use it for illegal activities, or spam people. Don't try to reverse engineer the app or use it to create a competing service. Basically, just use common sense and treat others the way you'd want to be treated.
5. Service Availability
We try to keep Jnvoice running smoothly, but sometimes things break. We're a small team, so we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We'll do our best to fix issues quickly, but we can't be held responsible if the service is temporarily unavailable when you need it.
6. Limitation of Liability
We provide Jnvoice "as is " without warranties. While we try our best to make it useful and reliable, we can't guarantee it will meet all your needs or be error-free. You use it at your own risk. We're not responsible for any business losses if something goes wrong.
7. Changes to These Terms
We might need to update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll post a notice on the website. By continuing to use Jnvoice after changes are posted, you agree to the new terms. We'll try to keep changes reasonable and in your best interest.
8. Ending Your Use
You can stop using Jnvoice anytime - just close the browser tab. We might need to terminate accounts that violate these terms, but we'll try to give you a heads up first unless it's a serious issue. Remember to backup your data before you stop using the service.
9. Questions or Problems
If you have questions about these terms or run into issues, email us at support@jnvoice.com. We're a small team but we'll do our best to help you out. We prefer to solve problems through friendly communication rather than legal proceedings.
